1. Website operator
ShopsFile.com is operated by OPEN DIROLINE BOOST S.R.L., registered in Romania under Company Registration Number J40/15125/2022, CUI 46594491. Registered office: Intrarea Gheorghe Simionescu Nr. 19, Ap. B26, Sector 1, 014155 București, Romania. Contact: info@shopsfile.com.
2. Services and enquiries
ShopsFile provides web design, redesign and multilingual website services for companies, self-employed professionals and individuals, including portfolios and personal projects. The concepts shown are illustrative examples. This website has no online checkout. Sending a form, email or WhatsApp message requests information and does not by itself create a paid service contract.
3. Your project agreement
Before work begins, the written proposal and accepted project agreement must define the pages, languages, features, deliverables, revisions, timetable, fees, taxes, payment schedule and support. These website terms do not replace that agreement. Additional work or changes to scope require agreement on cost and timing.
4. Packages and published prices
Standard is a presentation page on the ShopsFile domain: €6 per year for five sections and €2 per additional section. It does not include your own domain. Premium costs €96 for the first year for 1–6 pages in one language, SSL, an email account, domain and hosting. From year two it costs €126 per year, comprising €96 plus €30 for domain and hosting; an extra page costs €5. Custom projects and extra languages are quoted separately. Published amounts are final prices for individuals and businesses, including VAT where applicable. An eligible cross-border B2B invoice uses reverse charge, with no VAT charged by us and the customer accounting for VAT. Billing details and the nature of the service are checked; VAT registration alone is not a blanket exemption.
5. Payments, renewals and cancellation
Each annual period is paid in advance in one payment. Standard renews at €6 per year; Premium is €96 for the first year and €126 for subsequent years, including domain and hosting. The proposal specifies the annual period, payment method, due date and renewal arrangements before acceptance. This page does not impose automatic renewal. Any project-specific deposit or cancellation conditions must be agreed beforehand. No non-refundable deposit or cancellation fee is imposed by this page. Statutory refund and consumer rights remain applicable.
6. Content, timing and revisions
You must provide accurate content, the necessary permissions and timely feedback. Dates depend on the agreed scope and receipt of materials. Revision rounds and acceptance criteria are agreed in the proposal. Delays, extra pages or substantial changes should be discussed in writing rather than treated as automatically included.
7. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in material you supply and must be authorised to use it. The agreement must specify the rights or licences granted for the commissioned design and code, any payment conditions for their transfer, and rights in third-party assets. Portfolio use of your project requires permission or an express agreement; it is not authorised simply by making an enquiry.
8. Delivery and external services
The agreement identifies the delivery format, launch responsibilities, hosting, domain registration, backups, maintenance and any ongoing support. Bookings, payments, online shops and external integrations are included only if agreed. External providers have their own terms, fees and availability. SEO work cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
9. Individuals and withdrawal rights
If you contract as a consumer and the applicable law grants a right of withdrawal for a distance service contract, the usual period is 14 days from conclusion. You can notify us at info@shopsfile.com with your identity, project reference and clear decision to withdraw. Starting during that period requires your express request where the law requires it. Withdrawal after a lawful early start may involve a proportionate charge for work already provided. Loss of the right after full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement. A personalised website does not automatically remove consumer rights; the required information must be supplied before contracting.
10. Website use and responsibility
Use this website lawfully. Do not submit abusive material, attack its operation or reproduce protected content without permission. We aim to provide accurate information and will discuss reported problems in good faith. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricts mandatory rights. Any project-specific responsibility or warranty arrangements must be agreed lawfully.
11. Applicable rules, complaints and updates
Contact info@shopsfile.com with a complaint or question. Applicable law and any dispute arrangements must respect mandatory rules, including protection available to consumers in their country of residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive Romanian court on consumers. Updated website terms apply prospectively and do not automatically change an existing project agreement.
