Barcelona tourist tax
We inform you that from 04/01/2023, the Barcelona City Council tax is €5.50 per person (> 16 years old) and per night, it will be charged upon arrival.
Deposit/Refund
We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and its furniture, and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week, by bank transfer.
